Restaurant inspections for June 2-4, according to Barren River District Health Department, are as follows:Cumberland Grill, 191 Cumberland Trace Road, passed; score 90.Mancinos Grinders & Pizza, 2710 Nashville Road, passed; score 99.Garrett Food Court/Aramark, Western Kentucky University, follow-up required because the sanitizer was toxic in the spray bottle in Subway; score 88. Passed immediate follow-up inspection; score 93.Western Kentucky University Academic Complex, 1 Big Red Way, passed; score 100.Brickyard Cafe Banquet Hall, 1038 Chestnut St., passed; score 95.Lonestar Steakhouse & Saloon, 2425 Scottsville Road, follow-up required because a spray bottle of sanitizer was toxic; ribs were cooling at room temperature; and the sanitizer was toxic in the wiping cloth solution; score 86.
