Restaurant inspections for April 30-May 16, according to Barren River District Health Department, are as follows:Jimmy Diemers Super Market, 5499 Scottsville Road, follow-up required because the bleach water in the spray bottle was not adequately labeled and the concentration was above 20; utensil cleaning cloths were held on the hand sink; the table can opener was not clean or sanitized; the blue tops for plastic tubs had food residue on them and were not adequately cleaned or sanitized; the hand sink was directly beside and a little above the three-compartment sink (there needs to be a partition); and the thresholds at the two back doors near the Dumpster had an excessive opening at the bottom of the doors; score 82.Wasabi Japanese Restaurant, 410 E.
