RUSSELLVILLE Maurice Daniel Hines, 77, of Olmstead died May 7, 2003, at Veterans Administration Medical Center in Nashville.The Logan County native was a farmer, an Army veteran and a member of Allensville Church of Christ. He was a son of the late Daniel Maurice Hines and Nellie Corrine Cunningham and husband of the late Joann Sharp Hines.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Sanders Funeral Home with burial in Belmont Cemetery in Allensville. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.Survivors include his wife, Mildred Patterson Hines; a son, Danny Hines and wife, Sue, of Olmstead; two stepsons, Benny Nash and wife, Judy, of Olmstead and Buddy Nash and wife, Diane, of Russellville; a daughter, Karen McCarter and husband, Ricky, of Springfield, Tenn.; a stepdaughter, Barbara Drumright of Olmstead; three brothers, Billy and Frank Hines, both of Russellville, and Paul Hines of Olmstead; a sister, Eva Nell Brown of Scottsville; nine grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
