SCOTTSVILLE David J. Shae Rabbit Carter, 43, of Bowling Green died at 7:26 a.m. April 5, 2003, in Alvaton.The Allen County native was a painter. He was the son of the late Johnny Clayton Carter and Opal Faye Harrison Carter of Scottsville, who survives.Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Oak Forest No. 2 Cemetery. Visitation will be after 11 a.m. today at the funeral home.Other survivors include three sons, David D. Carter, Johnathan Carter and James Tator Carter, all of Scottsville; a daughter, Amanda Disman of Scottsville; a brother, Richard Carter of Scottsville; two sisters, Peggy Blankenship of Scottsville and Patty Ferrell of Ohio; and three grandchildren.
