EDMONTON Otis Ray Watt Jr., 48, of Chattanooga, Tenn., formerly of Edmonton, died Feb. 4, 2003, at Parkridge Medical Center in Chattanooga.He was a driver for Yellow Freight and a son of the late Lavern Tinker and Otis Watt of Edmonton, who survives.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Butler Funeral Home with burial in Huffman Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.Other survivors include his wife, Jamie Lynn Watt; two daughters, Yolanda Watt Sanchez of Chattanooga and Lisa Watt of Columbia; a son, Otis Ray Watt III of Chattanooga; three brothers, Jerry Watt and Donnie Watt, both of Edmonton, and Jeff Tinker of Bowling Green; two sisters, Lisa Huskey and Linda Scruggs, both of Bowling Green; and several other relatives and friends.
