BURKESVILLE Raymond Graham Ray Mullinix, 53, of Burkesville died July 26, 2002, at Cumberland County Hospital.He was the son of Hilda Graham Mullinix of Burkesville and the husband of Elizabeth Mae Libby Mullinix.He was a founder of WKYR radio in Burkesville and owned and operated the station until his death and also served as a Republican state representative from the 53rd District. He also was a past president of the Cumberland County Chamber of Commerce, current president of the Cumberland County Cemetery board, president of the Cumberland County Fair Board, chairman of the Industrial Authority, a board member of the Kentucky Broadcasters Association, and a member of Burkesville Baptist Church.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Monday at Norris-New Funeral Home in Burkesville with burial in Burkesville Cemetery. Visitation will be after 4 p.m. today at the funeral home.
