Restaurant inspections for June 7-15, according to Barren River District Health Department, are as follows:Western Kentucky University Ag Expo Center, 406 Elrod Road, passed; score 96.Three Forks Grocery, 10604 Smiths Grove-Scottsville Road, passed; score 89.Minit Mart, 810 Morgantown Road, follow-up required because the sanitizer was toxic in the wiping cloth solution; the back door sprung with an opening that allowed for the entrance of rodents and insects; score 85.Bowling Green Retirement Village, 445 Middle Bridge Road, passed follow-up inspection; score 99.Wal-Mart Superstore, 150 Walton Way, passed follow-up inspection; score 100.McDonalds Snack Bar, 150 Walton Way, passed follow-up inspection; score 100.Hardees, 629 U.S. 31-W By-Pass, passed; score 96.Waffle House, Three Springs Road, follow-up required because stainless steel pans and utensil drawers and its contents were not clean or sanitized; an employee had a bandage on her index finger; and some of the whole eggs were not at the proper temperature; score 78.Shirleys Kountry Store, 925 Richardsville Road, follow-up required because there was a hose attached to the outside faucet with no vacuum breaker; score 93.
