Election season is in full swing with less than one month before the Warren County general election. The race for Warren County property valuation administrator is providing Warren County residents with the opportunity to elect a candidate that will bring a new face to a historic office. Jim Lee is a lifelong resident of Warren County and a candidate that pledges his full commitment to the duties of PVA, and to the citizens of Warren County. Lees professional career as a six-year employee of Murphy, Napier & Company Real Estate Appraisal has provided him with a working knowledge of the latest technology used in real estate appraisal. As a certified residential appraiser, Lee has completed over 2,000 appraisals on properties located in Warren County, more than 150 hours of education in the appraisal of real estate and utilizes technology on a daily basis that can improve the efficiency and accessibility of our PVA office. Lees extensive experience in real estate appraisal is reaffirmed by his successful completion of the qualification examination for PVAs administered by the Kentucky Revenue Cabinet an accomplishment only 52 percent of those taking the test achieved.Lee has spent the last several months visiting citizens countywide and becoming familiar with each persons concerns and expectations. I have had the pleasure to work with Lee in his campaign for PVA and can assure the citizens of Warren County that Lees determination to become the next Warren County PVA is unmatched in this election. Lees personable nature and distinguished qualifications are unsurpassed by his opponent. As you go to the polls on Nov. 5, vote for the candidate dedicated to making a long term commitment to the citizens of Warren County. Vote Jim Lee for PVA.Jamie SpinksOakland
