Restaurant inspections for Aug. 14-24, according to Barren River District Health Department, are as follows:Richardsville Market, 2306 Richardsville Road, passed; score 96.Victorian House Bed & Breakfast, 130 North Main St., Smiths Grove, passed; score 99.D & E Concessions, 459 Brentmoor Ave., passed; score 100.Dominos, 3901 Scottsville Road, follow-up required because contents in sanitizer spray bottle were at toxic levels and Coke cooler was at 55 degrees; score 80.Race World Concessions, 255 Cumberland Trace Road, passed; score 97.Hometown Buffet, Suite 300, 2625 Scottsville Road, follow-up required because spatulas were not clean or sanitized; there was no sanitizer for dining room wiping cloths; there were several dented cans (discarded); and sanitizer solution was too high; score 73.Lovers Lane Shell Food Mart, 2350 Scottsville Road, passed; score 92.Raffertys, 1939 Scottsville Road, follow-up required because there was no sanitizer in the wiping cloth bucket by the fry line; score 93.
