Lottie B. Tapp, 83, of Bowling Green died at 10:29 a.m. July 13, 2001, at The Medical Center.The Bowling Green native was self-employed with Old Southern Restaurant in Horse Cave and A&W Root-Beer Drive Inn in Bowling Green. She was a member of Mars Hill Church of Christ and was retired from Western Kentucky University Food Service. She was the daughter of the late Ivan Gill and Lovie Davidson Gill.Funeral will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at the Broadway Chapel with burial in the Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will begin Sunday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Monday from 12 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Broadway Chapel.Survivors include her husband, Ernest Tapp Jr. of Bowling Green; three sons, Dr. John Tapp and Randall Tapp Sr., both of Bowling Green, and Fred Tapp of Danville, Ill.; a daughter, Patricia Ennis of Bowling Green; a brother, Earl Gill of Bowling Green; three sisters, Gertrude Edwards of Bowling Green, Barbara Scott of Owensboro and Eva Vance of Hart County; nine grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
