Tammy J. Russell Bratcher, 39, of Morgantown died at 7:21 a.m. July 6, 2001, on Hwy. 263 in Warren County as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident.The Warren County native was a Morgantown Plastics employee. She was a daughter of Eunice Jones Russell and James Theodore Russell, both of Bowling Green, who survive.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Monday at J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Broadway Avenue chapel, with burial in Archie Newman Wilson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 p.m. to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.Other survivors include two sons, Charles Bruce Bratcher Jr. of Bowling Green and Joseph Dewayne Bratcher of Morgantown; four sisters, Regina Helson and Libby White, both of Bowling Green, and Phyllis Jones and Waynette Morris, both of Morgantown; a brother, James Bub Russell of Bowling Green; a grandmother, Mary Frances Jones of Bowling Green; two stepgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
