GLASGOW Stacy Michelle Flowers Dodson, 25, of Glasgow died July 1, 2001, in Louisville as a result of a gunshot wound.The Bowling Green native was an employee of T.J. Samson Community Hospital and a member of Coral Hill Baptist Church. She was a daughter of Phillip Flowers of Bowling Green and Shirley Napier of Glasgow, who survive.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at A.F. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home.Other survivors include a stepmother, Martha Flowers of Bowling Green; a stepfather, Jackie Napier of Glasgow; a daughter, Courtney Houchens of Glasgow; maternal grandparents, Whit Butler of Edmonton and Veneta Blaine Brown of Oklahoma; paternal grandmother, Imogene Flowers of Glasgow; maternal great-grandmother, Ettalynn Butler of Edmonton; maternal great-grandfather, Cephus Garmon of Edmonton; stepgrandfather, Bill Napier of Glasgow; a brother, Trevor Napier of Glasgow; a sister, Amy Flowers of Horse Cave; a stepbrother, Jeremy Napier of Austin; and a stepsister, Jessica Johnson of Bowling Green.
