HORSE CAVE Vivian E. Strader Denton, 73, of Canmer died at 11:25 a.m. Jan. 26, 2001, at Jewish Hospital in Louisville.The Hart County native was a housewife. She was a daughter of the late Verlon Strader and Lily Mae Hedgepeth Strader and wife of the late Tom Denton.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at Monroe Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she was a member, with burial in Denton-Sydnor Cemetery in Monroe. Visitation will begin at 5:30 p.m. Monday at Winn Funeral Home and at 9 a.m. Tuesday at the church.Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Gideons International.Survivors include a son, Ronnie Denton of Horse Cave; a daughter, Nancy Judd of Memphis, Tenn.; two sisters, Geraldine Smith of Horse Cave and Jane Randall Johnson of Lexington; five grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
