SCOTTSVILLE Rex Elaine Hurt, 77, of Scottsville died Jan. 27, 2001, at her home.The Allen County native was a retired social worker for the Department of Human Resources. She was a daughter of the late Warren Lakeman Duncan and Nancy Moore Duncan, the wife of the late William Douglas Hurt and the longtime companion of Harold Conner of Scottsville, who survives.Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at T.W. Crow & Son Funeral Home with burial in Crescent Hill Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 8 a.m. Sunday at the funeral home.Other survivors include a daughter, Nancy Elaine Maynard of Scottsville; and a grandson.
