SCOTTSVILLE Darrell Gene Disman, 43, of Franklin died at 4:20 p.m. Oct. 25, 2001, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin, Tenn., as a result of injuries received in an automobile accident.The Allen County native was a farmer. He was a son of the late Elvis D. Disman and Ova Olean Morgan Disman of Adolphus, who survives.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. today at Goad Funeral Home with burial in Fountain Run Cemetery. Visitation is in progress at the funeral home.Survivors include his wife, Thelma Disman; four daughters, Amy Michelle Garrison of Cedar Hill, Tenn., Amanda Marie Lancaster of Indianapolis and Abby Marita Disman and Ashley Melinda Disman, both of Portland, Tenn.; four brothers, Ronnie Disman of Fairfield, Tenn., Donnie Disman of Scottsville, Michael Disman of Franklin and Timmy Disman of Gallatin, Tenn.; four sisters, Carolyn Clark of Westmoreland, Tenn., Margaret Meadows of Scottsville, Jeneane Simmons of Pikeville, Tenn., and Janice Towe of Franklin; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
