LEWISBURG Edgar Paul Allison, 70, of Lewisburg died at 8:25 p.m. Sept. 30, 2001, at Veterans Administration Hospital in Nashville, Tenn.The Spa native was a logger, a Korean War Army veteran and a member of Amvets, American Legion, Disabled American Veterans, and Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was a son of the late Henley Lawrence Allison and Christine Allison.Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Price Funeral Home with burial in Martin Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 5 p.m. today at the funeral home.Survivors include his wife, Wilma Joyce Allison; two sons, Eddy Allison and Mike Allison, both of Lewisburg; a daughter, Paula Shelton of Lewisburg; three sisters, Karen Dunn of Greenville, Ann Horrell of Owensboro and Grace McCall of Lewisburg; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
