GLASGOW Phyllis Ann Lee, 56, of Glasgow died Jan. 29, 2005, at her home.

The Barren County native was an employee of Dana Corp. and a member of Rolling Hills Baptist Church. She was a daughter of the late Rodman and Altie Jones Short. She was preceded in death Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at A.F. Crow and Son Funeral Home, with burial in Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to T.J. Samson Hospitals Hospice Program, 1301 N. Race St., Glasgow, KY 42141.

Survivors include two sons, Terry Lee and his wife, Stacy, and Jerry Lee and his wife, Stacy, all of Glasgow; three sisters, Sandra Miur and her husband, Jim, of Indiana, Linda K. Shaw of Glasgow and Beverly Wells and her husband, Wayne, of Park City; five brothers, Rodman Short Jr. and James R. Short and his wife, Joyce, all of Indiana, John C. Short and Donald R.
