AUBURN Kyle B. Schafer Ashby, 17, of Rockfield died at 12:34 p.m. July 30, 2000, at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn., of injuries suffered in an automobile accident.The Warren County native was a senior at Franklin-Simpson High School. He was a son of Debbie Schafer of Rockfield and Karl Rowe Ashby of Woodburn, who survive.Funeral will be at 4 p.m. Thursday at Young Funeral Home with burial in Auburn Cemetery. Visitation will begin at noon Wednesday at the funeral home. Other survivors include a stepfather, Marty Schafer of Rockfield; a stepmother, Angela Ashby of Woodburn; four sisters, Jessie Ashby of Bowling Green, Elizabeth Schafer and Jordan Schafer, both of Rockfield, and Hannah Ashby of Woodburn; a brother, Jacob Holt of Woodburn; grandparents, James R. and Theresa Moore and Claude and Christine Ashby, all of Auburn; great-grandparents, Bruce and Mary Jane Bryson of Rockfield, Robbie Moore of Glasgow and Christine Rowe Hollins of Auburn.
