Lois French, 85, of Bowling Green died at 1:53 a.m. May 28, 2000, at her home.The Warren County native was a homemaker and a member of Penns Chapel Church of Christ. She was a daughter of the late Hobert Mayhew and Mary Wilson Mayhew.Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green chapel, with burial in Penns Chapel Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.Survivors include her husband, Gordon French; two sons, Loran Buster French and Bobby Joe French, both of Bowling Green; a sister, Zelma Lewis of Bowling Green; a half sister, Lorene Barton of Bowling Green; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
