OWENSBORO Funeral for Rev. James S. Collins, 70, of Owensboro, who died April 20, 2000, at Owensboro Mercy Health System, will be at 11:30 a.m. Monday at James H. Davis Funeral Home with burial in St. Anthony Catholic Church Cemetery in Browns Valley.
