HORSE CAVE Tommy Meadows, 85, of Horse Cave died at 10:10 a.m. Feb. 28, 2000, at his home.The Barren County native was a farmer, a dozer operator and a member of Cave Spring Baptist Church. He was a son of the late Bea Meadows and Virgie Lyons Meadows.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Winn Funeral Home with burial in Horse Cave Municipal Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 3:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to Cave Spring Baptist Church.Survivors include his wife, Gladys Meadows; a daughter, Vickie Merideth of Horse Cave; a son, Jackie Meadows of Horse Cave; a sister, Dorothy Mayr of Falls Church, Va.; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three nieces; and two nephews.
