Douglas Reed, 42, of Bowling Green died at 1:43 p.m. Feb. 18, 2000, at his home.The Toledo, Ohio, native was a plant manager for Dana Corp. and a member of The Presbyterian Church. He was a son of John H. Reed and Diane E. Graham Reed.Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Monday at The Presbyterian Church. The body will be cremated. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. today at the church. Arrangements are under the direction of J.C. Kirby & Son Funeral Home, Lovers Lane chapel.Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the American Cancer Society, Hospice of Southern Kentucky or The Presbyterian Church.Survivors include his wife, Barbara Cain Reed; three sons, Andy Reed, Matthew Reed and Ryan Adams, all of Bowling Green; two brothers, Greg Reed of Hilliard, Ohio, and Tim Reed of Fort Wayne, Ind.; and several nieces and nephews.
