HENDERSONVILLE, Tenn. Lloyd Askew, 51, of Hendersonville died Jan. 18, 2000, at his home.The Butler County, Ky., native was a David Lipscomb University maintenance engineer in Nashville. He was a son of James and Evalee Askew of Morgantown, Ky., who survive.Funeral will be at 9 a.m. Friday at Hendersonville Church of Christ, where he was a member, with graveside service at 1 p.m. Friday at Quality Church of Christ Cemetery in Quality, Ky. Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. today at the church. Philips-Robinson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.Other survivors include his wife, Barbara Askew; a sister, Kathy Bates of Nashville; and two nephews.
