BROWNSVILLE James M. Jimmie Harrod Jr., 52, of Louisville died at 1:15 a.m. EST Dec. 31, 1999, at his home.The Edmonson County native was a paint contractor and a Vietnam Marine Corps veteran. He was a son of the late James M. Harrod Sr. and Gladys Bertram Harrod.Funeral will be at 1 p.m. CST Sunday at Poplar Springs United Baptist Church, where he was a member, with burial in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. today at Patton Funeral Home.Survivors include a daughter, Heather Jill Stevens of Kennebunkport, Maine; a stepdaughter, Jennifer Scott of Nashville, Tenn.; a brother, Johnny E. Harrod of Louisville; and a granddaughter.
